These terms govern your use of Caseload Compass OT and any subscription you purchase.
Caseload Compass OT is operated by Sierra Dixon Therapy LLC ("we", "us", "our"). Questions about these terms can be sent to sdixonot@gmail.com.
Our reseller of record is Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), which provides the payment and subscription infrastructure for this service. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all purchases: Paddle processes your payment, handles taxes, and appears on your billing statements and receipts.
Caseload Compass OT is offered as a paid subscription: the Pro plan at US$14.99 per month or US$149 per year, billed in advance through Paddle as Merchant of Record. A free tier with limited features is also available; it does not require payment.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your Account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Pro access until then. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.
You agree not to:
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for reviewing all AI-assisted output before saving it to a student's record. The service supports your professional judgment; it does not replace it.
You retain ownership of and responsibility for the student records you enter. We store them only to provide the service, scope access to your organization, and never sell or share student data with advertisers or data brokers. See our Privacy & Compliance notice for details on storage, access controls, and your data rights.
The service — including its design, text, resource library, goal bank, templates, and software — is owned by Sierra Dixon Therapy LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own professional work while your subscription is active.
You retain all rights to the content you create and upload, including student records, notes, and documents. Resources you download are for your professional use with your own students and may not be redistributed or published elsewhere.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms — for example, unlawful use of the service, unauthorized sharing of credentials, or repeated attempts to circumvent usage limits. Where practicable, we will warn you first and give you a reasonable chance to correct the issue.
If your account is suspended or terminated for breach, you may lose access to your caseload, and no refund is owed for the remainder of the billing period. You can delete your account and data at any time as described in the privacy notice.
We work to keep the service available and accurate, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind except as required by law. We may add, change, or discontinue features; material reductions to a paid plan will be announced in advance. These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version is always posted on this page, and continued use after an update means you accept it.
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.
