Refund Policy

If Caseload Compass OT isn't right for you, tell us within 14 days of any payment and we will refund that payment in full — no questions asked. This applies to both the monthly (US$14.99) and annual (US$149) plans, including renewals.

Email sdixonot@gmail.com (or use the contact method provided with your account) with the email address on your subscription and a short note that you'd like a refund. Requests made within 14 days of the charge are refunded to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Because purchases are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle, the refund appears on your statement from Paddle.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of the billing period you already paid for. Cancelling does not by itself trigger a refund — see the money-back guarantee above for refund eligibility.

The free tier and demo mode cost nothing, so nothing to refund there. You can downgrade to the free tier at the end of a paid period by cancelling; your first five students remain visible and your records are kept.

If something looks wrong on your statement, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Refund requests fall under this policy and are handled by Sierra Dixon Therapy LLC through Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
